Intense physical exercise such as riding the peloton or running etc. for a minimum of 30 minutes, plus core strengthening 3 days per week. The only exception is illness impacting my ability to perform physical activity safely or a family emergency. To verify compliance, I will place a screenshot of the activity and time performed on the app each time performed.
Completing the daily Noom lesson for at least 10 minutes each day and upload completion journal weekly.
