I've eaten too much of refined carbs and I'm not active at all. That's why my weight has increased. This coming week I shall follow the slow carb diet and take a 1 hour walk in the evening.

I took a holiday from 10th to 13th June. I ate all the carbs available. I ate carbs today as well. I bought sweet potatoes which I'll eat tomorrow. Then I'll be back to my usual schedule.

Today was another good day. I had my first meet at around noon, second meal at 5 p.m with no snacks in between. I was really tempted to buy matoke crisps because I was feeling good about the upcoming trip to Naivasha tomorrow. Then I told myself no. I can wait and eat them tomorrow. I was aware of the lie I was telling myself and chose to not fall for it.

I did well today. I had my fist meal at 11.30 a.m, 2nd meal at 4.15 p.m and stopped eating at around 6.30. I will not throw away the bananas. They're sweet and they're from Dad.
