My favourite form of exercise is walking with a little jogging mixed in. I also like to ride my bike. There's a nice paved bike '/walking trail along lake Michigan in my neighbour hood and I love it. I've been eating well. I include in my favourite aqwincher zero or mio drind drops of B12. It perks up my energy. Still working on the Mark Douglas videos. |

walked 10 miles this morning with a walking buddy. Started at 5:28 and ended 8:1o. We really burned the fat. Now a shower and back to simulations and videos. Drank sqwincher zero mixed with B12 & mio to boost energy after walk. |

I was a little bit tired last evening. Put some B12 drops in my sqwincher drink before my early morning walk and that helped a lot. B12 gave me an energy boost. Now back to the video replays and homework. |

Walked a good 8 miles this morning. Started at 0538 and returned at0810. Fell of the wagon due to a piece of carrot cake. My husband is go at sabotaging my diet. He bought two chunks of carrot cake. If I eat it he'll say, "You have no will power." If I don't eat it he say, "You're wasting my hard earned money." If I tell him to eat it, he'll say, "You have no appreciation for the extra mile I go to please you." A girl just can't win. Anyway, I'm off to tackle the video replays. |
