If I fail partway through the month, still $100 to the assholes, but an additional $50 per binge day to _________. (Haven't decided yet).

8/12 Burned ???? Consumed My run this morning was the best one yet! Under 160 for the first time in a while this morning. Woot. I'm worried about sturgeon bay. Too much food around, too much stress around family, too much nervous eating just because there's food there. I will try to be thoughtful but not obsessive. I still want to bring my scale through 😬 |

burned 2341 consumed 2032 Catching myself doing the "if I eat now, I just won't eat as much later" thing. I'm gonna figure out my calories and see what I have to work with, but *points at eyes* I'm watching me. ok, I'm doing it. but I gotta be careful later. welp. I'm hungry. but I'm in bed. just gotta make it through the run tomorrow and then it's avocado toast time. I saw my weight today accidentally. not as bad as it could have been but still not thrilled about it. I'm more anxious about it than motivated by it. I keep trying to rationalize it by calling it water weight but I know how I've been eating lately. |

Burned 2694 Consumed 2053 Today was pretty good. I've been wondering if my breakfasts are too big. Good lift today. Very bloated. Extra snack before bed but I was hungry and it was light. |
