Nailed it again! My workouts were a bit weaker this week (walking instead of boxing) because I was fighting a cold/sore throat. But I met my calorie deficit goals, maintained/solidified my prior weight loss, drank my water, etc. Still on track!

Exercised 6 days (3 boxing workouts, 1 lifting workout, 1 hike, 1 walk), drank all my water, tracked my food, kept my caloric deficit. And I hit my lowest weight yet (156.3) on Friday! Down from 168 just 6 weeks ago.
