Each day I will track my success at 4 daily habits. Water - Big glass before each meal and one first thing in the morning. Minimum 3 glasses. Exercise, 30 min continuous each day. Food, plan meals daily and follow BLE rules. Splurge, only one splurge meal per calendar week outside of BLE rules. Planned and measured quantities.
