Each day I will track my success at 4 daily habits. Water - Big glass before each meal and one first thing in the morning. Minimum 3 glasses. Exercise, 30 min continuous each day. Food, plan meals daily and follow BLE rules. Splurge, only one splurge meal per calendar week outside of BLE rules. Planned and measured quantities.

Had a plan for going out. But did not stick to it. Need to look at my food plan before I go out and order before every meal. Did OK on the water. And OK on the planning. To splurges already this week with the plans splurge on Saturday!

Planned and exercised. 2 points. Did not stickK to water and BLE commitment. Burrito headache on Thursday am. Have dinner ready to go for post gym nights.
