Unfortunately, I did not manage to get to my goal this week which is alright! I am maintaining my weight so far and that is also something I am proud of. I do want to work out more especially with my exam and assignment coming up to release any stress I have built up. I will also be more careful with what I eat and how frequently so my body does not have an irregular pattern of eating that it can't get used to. Thank you guys for supporting my journey so far!! |

I am happy with losing nearly 1kg in a week! I feel good, I will try to eat a little better this upcoming week. I have already started off my new week with an intense work out. I will work out today again because I feel motivated to. |

I do not want to be too hard on myself with this commitment goal but I think it would be fun to try it out and see!!! Hope you guys are ready to follow me on this 6 week journey :) |

I've been maintaining a weight of 79-80kg since June 2021 till now and I am really proud of myself! So now since I lost 11+kg from June 2020 to June 2021, I wish to continue to lose weight a year later. I love myself as I am and at the same time I would love to be more healthy and fit! It helps me cope with stress and I want to do this for myself! |
