I feel strong urges. These urges come and go. But I also feel a sense of happiness and achievement for making it this far. I don't want that happiness to vanish either.

Lesson so far:
The advice to alcoholics is to not "take even a single sip". The same advice can be given to PMO. Even a little "sip" can lead to relapse and breaking the commitment. Thus, I try to ensure that even a single "sip" is punished. This way, I hope to prevent a complete relapse.
