My weight last year was over 75 kg in Jan 2022, which is why I started this goal. On this day I was 74.8kg, today I am 74.4kg, not much difference.
What has changed? I drink less. Only 3x a week last week which is typical vs 5x a week during pandemic.
Last week was a big exercise week with over 19hrs of zone minutes. 3x Gold and 1 run with Alcuin for 4km.
I feel healthier now even though weight is about 3kg too heavy.
It seems this is my steady weight if I eat and drink without too much restrictions.
What can I reduce? Sweets at night. Replace with fruit. That will help.
Yes, that is it. I have ice cream or chocolate 4x a week after dinner. Replace with Mango, water melon or pineapple. Or orange.
I did not do much weights or enough running.
Need to set routine for this year that locks in exercise times. To reset weight goal.
I did not achieve my goal but by having this, I moderated blowing out my fat, so it was good.
I am healthier than 12 months ago. |
