Overate during week due to - eating too delicious bread - eating ice cream (replace with popsicle) - eating too much at breakfast (target ~600-650) - eating too much in morning before work (note consider replacing spinach egg feta wrap by making breakfast night before) |

Overate week Jan 9 due to stress and pain Ate ~2500 week of Jan16 - with little exercise Room for improvement (1) Bought box of kind bars, and ate them all during hunger -- not really good to carry these calorie dense bars at home - carry something lighter like sausage (70 cals vs 200 cals, even binging 3 will be equivalent to 1 kind bar) - reduce # of bars at home (similar to PB cubs) (2) Purchase of Made Good cookies, while tasty, tend to be empty calories (3) Cookie Dough = while tasty, empty calories (4) Mozzarela cheese = while tasty, empty calories, and tend to binge 300-400 cals with bread (5) preference of egg mc muffin bread vs weight watchers: rationale - less easier to binge (6) very easy to binge on empty calorie bars (e.g. quest, PB cubs, kind bars) - much harder to binge on caloric dense foods |
