Ate way above calorie goals. Why? Just because too stressed.
Stress ate. Gained 1 pound. Need to go back down to basics.

Good things:
- Eating volumetric diet
- Limiting caffeine to 2-3 cups / day
- Sleep was improved when Dad was here (no JO)
- Didn't go crazy over maintenance (but did go 100-500+cals over on 1-2 days)

Bad things
- Went 300+ over maintenance

No real reason, bought carbs and overloaded

Week of Jul 3- Jul 9:
Seemed to go well

What worked well
i) eating salads with lunch / dinner (extra cals seems to help)
ii) having frozen treats / low cal snacks (prevents you from going 500-1000+ cals over maintenance and setting you back 1-2 days
iii) shorter workouts = better vs longer
