| During his stay in Belgium, i had a face to face meeting with Erik. As usual we were focusing on job content and project status. Close to the end of the meeting i addressed the topic and made him aware that things have to change, that i'm not feeling well and i should take some actions for myself. We had a nice discussion and he made clear that taking care of myself is currently my top priority. We reached out the HR to start coaching sessions. | |
