I seriously hurt my back on Monday, and was not physically able to do anything. I am still in the rehab process now, and will be for the next week at least. Prior to the accident, i was able to do the full exercise regiment every day. |

| Every day did plank, started from 1 min, now up to 1.5min, 50 squats and 5 pushups. Did at least 10,000 steps/day. Will work next week to 1 min 45 sec plank and cont with all the rest. | |
