I haven’t been eating all my food recently but this weekend and this week I’ve been getting 4-5 meals in so my body is starting to respond so much better to the good clean foods it knows and loves. I’m hoping I get hungry for them again cause that means more muscle is being built and cardio can go down

Yesterday we are no additions but didn’t get all the meals in… it’s like I don’t have enough time in the day lol
