I have not written down my ideal client in one place and put it in a place to be seen but I have coached 3 people that I haven't coached before and I believe they could be my ideal client - all 3 are from IT, Leads, and are open-minded, receptive. All of them in some way have prioritized work or others and in consequence, had burnt out in the past.
Next week I want to keep building up my messaging to resonate with these people. I also want to create a crystal clear structure on what is my pricing, packages, and what I can help people with. |

I posted on LinkedIn that I wanted to coach 100 people for free by the end of the year and it felt great. Moreover, I got 3 people to contact me regarding coaching, and I have already scheduled coaching sessions with them this week. It's different to what I would usually do because I would schedule for next week and so on. This time, I was determined to schedule it this week and not postpone any longer. |

I started adding a pitch in my LinkedIn posts to inform people that they can message me. I also experimented with different formats - two image posts, one picture. So far I think picture posts have been getting the most engagement. I'll try to use them more often.
People engaging with my content is nice but that doesn't bring in any potential clients. Next week I want to focus on reaching out to people who are my ideal client and also write down (and print?) who my ideal client/avatar is. |

I was coached yesterday around getting my first external free coaching session and I realized that I was doing personal branding on LinkedIn but it wasn't the most efficient way to engage with a person - I was asking them to reach out to me, whereas I could reach out to a person that engaged with my content. Regardless, if I think they are my ideal client or not. |
