Did a lot of walking and some yoga. Hit some personal milestones with paced walking. It's quite a good activity, and really pushed me to step it up. Finding the time to go because of school is making feel apathetic about exercise even though when I it feels great and my brain is buzzing happily. I can do it! |

Didn't hit my 150 💓 points this week but still got some walks in and some.unofficial hiking on Bruce Peninsula where I didn't remember to turn in my fit app. I also managed to do two yoga practices. I really need to get on that with nire diligence But I'll hit the mark this week. |

Hit 150 💓 points and walked approx 26500 steps. Averaged about 4k per day. Added in 5 reps of circuit training: stair hopping and incline pushup. |
