Yesterday I failed to honour this commitment and cancelled 3x Focusmate sessions so I could honour my fathers birthday today. I had 3x Focusmate sessions scheduled during his birthday lunch. Yesterday was the one and only allowable exception. All remaining 29/30 days will have NO exceptions. |
