I've built a habit now. I've also noticed that I think about what I want to post just as Socrates used to advice. 1. Is it positive? 2. Is it important? 3. Is it the truth? I used to post mindlessly. Now, even if I wanted to, I check whether the posts fit into all the three questions. |
