| Plyos was so fun yesterday, really feeling it now! Tired legs! I didn’t do as well as the first time but I think that was more psychological, I didn’t want to hurt myself again. Had a nice walk on Hunstanton and yes had some cake but fair enough! It’s a weekend | |
