works out well. Summed up the past weeks, noticing that I reached 39 hours of deliberate pad practice within the past 52 days in a row. That makes approximately 45 minutes per day.
I learned to feel the palm of my hand and imitate the movement of throwing the stick, and let it bouncing back into the initial position by rebound. By that the gain in speed was 5-7% on almost all the rudiments compared to 12 days before.
This whole thing helps me significantly, but in a subtle manner.
