After 4 weeks i fell really good and have lost about 10 pounds on my way to my goal. I don't usually weigh myself but had to weigh in for my bio metric screening today. All of the support from my awesome friends Tucker and Katie and my partner who is the best cook and always makes sure I have healthy food to eat. I probably have about 10 more pounds or so to get to my lean body weight and will not stop till I get there.

All is going well. Feel good and not really wanting a drink. The food has been awesome and don't miss grain or sugar. Everyone has been really creative and their has been interest by people around us. I have lost weight and will continue till I look great in the mirror:)

Doing Really well the longer i go without drinking the less I miss it. Feels like im loosing some weight but that is not the most important thing. My workouts are felling good and have a great workout partner:) We are getting more creative with meals and focused on great substitutes for bad stuff.

Its been a great week. Feeling good not having had any alchohol. Been doing Better at work not eating any sugar junk. My coach and I are having good workouts. Also I love how creative everyone is getting with food creation, It is awesome. We are on our way to feeling and looking great!
