I ended the challenge with a success. In the last week I have updated my tenure shell, started having my research students write up standard operating procedures for experiments over the summer, and began working out pay structure for summer work.

Much less progress in the last week, but I had students help clean up the lab and start getting it ready for research in the spring so I am counting it as a success.

Last week I completed the third of my four big goals for this semester. I finished my 4-year tenure review work. I have now completed my 4-year review, submitted an RCAC grant and presented a poster at a national conference this semester. Next up is writing up my data from last summer for my second UM Flint publication.
