My students and I traveled to a national meeting this week and presented a poster. Obviously I have met the time reqs as conferences are packed with scholarship activities. However, what made me so pleased is that the poster session was a massive success. My students presented our work and reported back they had a number of people approach them about what we were working on.

I finished the poster this week, laid out travel plans for students going to conference, spent Monday uploading materials to 4-year BB shell. I have a lot to do in the next 12 days but I am no track still.

Things are going very well. I have a big 3-4 weeks coming up with my 4-year review due, a conference to attend, and a paper to start writing. Our poster for our conference in two weeks is ready to print for final inspection and I have edits back for my personal statements for the 4-year review.

I have had a slow down last week. I had a lot of personal stuff pop up with having to miss two days on campus for various reasons. Between my students and myself we probably hit our goal, but it was a less than productive week in my eye.
