Had a great week this week, with no major issues.
Ended up doing a walk on both Sunday and Monday, given I did a double run last week.
Sunday I walked to my friend's place for a BBQ, which turned out to be not as far as I thought (1.8km). I also walked home later than night, although I forgot to track it after having such a good time. I tried to make up for the difference by walking some extra the next day where I would usually ride.
I also screwed up my running time yesterday. I went with a friend and we ended up stopping and chatting for a while half way, then played around on the public pull-up bars afterwards, although I forgot to pause the app...
