This Sunday I ramped up the weights and sets a bit. In the not too distant future I'm looking to break all my own volume / weights records on key exercises - Deads, Bench, Push Ups.... I also realised that to do this I need to do more leg days. That's probably not going to happen till the long summer break but a useful target for my next SticK challenge would be to break those records by the end of August / first week of Sept 19.
