After pulling my back at the end of the previous week I was still being cautious. Spent much of the week at a hotel with a decent gym, so did 2 lightish workouts there on consecutive days.

Well I was hoping to max out this 80% idea during this week as it's a week off work. However, I pulled my back on the Friday morning so it was yet another week of workarounds in my workouts. Al things considered I did pretty well, including being forced to come up with new exercises to avoid the injury, which I inevitably found on Athlean's YT channel again. I also hit some PRs despite the injury!

I did a mini 70% workout on the Friday - just shoulders. Then added the chest stuff to my Sunday legs+arms workout.
