SQUEEZED IN 2 WORKOUTS INCLUDING ONE LEG WRKT IN THE AFTERNOON OF AN EVENING WORK DAY - BAD IDEA! I WAS EXHAUSTED WHILE TRYING TO TEACH IN THE EVENING. LEGS ARE BIGGEST MUSCLE GROUPS SO BEST TO DO THOSE WHEN YOU CAN COLLAPSE AFTERWARDS OR HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO EAT A SHIT LOAD OF PROTEIN AND CARBS. 2ND WRKT WAS DONE EVEN THOUGH I WAS ALSO PACKING FOR A BIG RESIDENTIAL WORK W/E AWAY. PROUD OF THAT EXTRA EFFORT I PUT IN LAST FRIDAY.
