Great progress this week accumulating customer and revenue data for 2019, 2020, and 2021 (through Sept 2021). I've also filled in a few gaps in data and was able to get some Membership business benchmark data that will be useful in determining our retention and LTV standards going into 2022. I still need to go back and pull in the data for 2018. I will start on that next week.
