sunnym commits to:
I commit to writing 1000 words per day minimum. these words will be written at the beginning of the day while my mind is fresh and will be done with ease and joy before 2pm each day or earlier than 2 pm. after that work can be done on other items. I am also committing to a health and lifestyle commitment

| I did not track my word count clearly. Not tracking clearly counts as not tracking imho. Also was a bit lost and working out how to write this paper. Anyway I learned now for next time I need to respond to stick when it asks for an update. | |

| this was the first week. I did aim to write 1000 words every day. the first few days I did freewriting to write the words as I felt it was difficult to do them all ready for the diss. today I did generate useful words and outline. I do admit that yesterday I was at a conference volunteering the entire day so did not write, although I am making it up now in terms of words.. | |
