I tracked all my stuff this week, and didn't lose at much weight as I was expecting to. I'm not really sure where the breakdown was. I'm at 162.6lbs. maybe I'll increase my cardio to 45min. I'm gonna bike extra on Tuesday and Thursday this week. Looking. Back there were actually few days where I went over my calorie goals. So gotta be mindful of extra snacking on days when I'm off. I eat a routine diet during the work week but not on off days which are less structured.

Still no changes to my weight. Well maybe 1/2 a pound. I'm not convinced it's real. So I'm making some more specific changes. Adding 30 minutes of cardio after my lifting and climbing workouts. Targeting my daily calorie deficit to 750 kcal. And gonna reach out to workout buddies to join me Friday.

I did 3 workouts last week kinda! Went to PF Monday and Wednesday! And then we climbed a whole lot on Saturday. I decreased my caloric goal in my fitness pal. I continue to track what I'm eating there. I've made the switch from oats to cottage cheese and LOVING IT! I start with a new trainer today and plan on going to PF again on Wednesday. My weekend is up in the air because I maybe/probably have jury duty on Friday and I'm not sure if I'm going home this weekend or going to the PARenFaire. Hopefully I can squeeze in a workout Friday and or Sunday.
