I'm actually 134.8 which is 1 lb less than last week. So I think I made a mistake in the weekly goals, but I'm going to have to get my mind with great intention moving forward as I cannot afford any binges as it puts me back to much.

Yes, my weight is up and down. It was 135.4 Sunday morning. Then I had my free meal of lasagna and had extra portions and gained like 3lbs. I know that is not fat weight, BUT still counts as I over ate. I'm back down but still holding on to more than should be. Tightening up actual snacks and meal portions. Have been quite good with fasting consistency and flexi meals, the snacks and amounts are my focus this next week coming up.
