Thomas kicked ass in the workout yesterday. 3 rope climbs, 10 toe to bars, 21 lounges (w/ 45 lbs overhead) and 400m run....5 times in 23 minutes!!!!! I dont know how he does it.

Tom did great. Went to the gym several times this week and ate like a paleo champ... He also has big muscles and a very nice six pack. I'm enjoying this goal.
