1/22 23.59 finished goals. I've decided to give myself leeway of one day a week as a "cheat day" a la the Slow Carb Diet in the Four Hour Body. For purposes of this bet, I will consider a week to start on Monday. I used up my one cheat day last week, I haven't used it this week. I find it very easy to do my micro habits during the week, but a bit challenging on the weekend, which is why I will give myself one cheat day as a break.

1/15 23:48 Finished. I'm still getting into the habit of just getting the micro-habits done, so it's more of a daily routine habit than a morning habit right now.
