A little late this week again but I did it! Bench press incline press/incline fly/pushups yesterday, and today I did squats lunges/one-leg squats/bicep curls.

Days 3 and 4 were 1/17 and 1/20...a little late because last week were stressful but still completed :) Day 3: Bench press (3 sets x 15 reps w/ 15 lb weights but need to up it next time). Incline press, incline fly, and pushups: 3 sets of 10 Day 4: 3 sets of 12 squats at 20 then 30 lbs (needs to be more, too..) Lunges, single leg squats (3 sets of 10 at 20 lbs), plus bicep curls 3 sets of 10 at 10 lbs
