this week since Sunday I've been working on condensing 5 shelving units full of CD's into 3. I figured with the measurements that 3 rows of CD's would fit into it instead of 2 on each side. It included a lot of heavy stuff carrying and it was a serious workout. Every day I was so tired and it hasn't finished yet

1. I wasn't aware of that, but I just realized the power of stairs. People buy stairmaster, while I have stairs at home! I do it every day without even thinking.
So... retracing my stairs routine -
I forgot to mention that every day I go up and down the stairs (13 stairs each direction) for:
morning - 16 x 2
lunch - 12 x 2
evening - 14 x 2
night - 16 x 2
total: (16 12 14 16) x 2 = 116 times x 13 stairs = 1508 stairs
2. I noticed I dance each time I wait for the microwave when I heat food or drink, so that would add up to: 3 microwave dishes (3 dishes x 3 minutes average) x 4 times a day = 36 minutes of undeclared dance
3. 10 push ups for 3 times a day
4. aerial yoga basic exercises
