Hmm, what do you think: DID do the dog walk. also good on cardio. Technically did some strength training with arms while on elliptical.... but I should have done core and picked the easy one...

Didnt get as much done as I would have planned, but it was due to social plans! so... conflicting goals ;) did get on elliptical 3 (shorter) times, and did a start on strength (core and arms). Not much dog walks due to weather, but I've done a little bit longer than we have been doing (followed by doggie bath time b/c it is muuuuddddyy)

Doing good - easy motivation to play on the elliptical 4 times this week ;) Did some starter strength on the elliptical (arm push/pull, and then no arms for core) instead of floor work this week b/c my back had a bit of a reaction when first starting the elliptical - so wanted to get solid there before adding in new stuff. One good long dog walk, easy pace.
