Did decent. Sorta fell of with the water drinking, but still doing ok stopping when I"m full. Indian dinner at restaurant, so of course that was huge, but I walked out not feeling stuffed :)

Ok week - snarfed a bag (half the size of a family bag) of m&ms in two days... but also did really well (not over) eating at a fancy buffet in munich!

Pretty good this week - the pre-food, slow the heck down glass of water is becoming sort of automatic :) Felt good with normal size (smaller for me) portions and getting more if hungry. Was STUFFED when I went out to dinner. And the creme brulee dessert I made was almost too sweet... (heh heh, resetting the palate I guess)
