So today I weighed myself at work in the morning, I was 73.5 kilos, that's 162 lbs. I am 2 lbs away from my target but I am changing my approach:
I will do less cardio and more weights, and the weights I will record in a notebook because I want to progressively overload.

I am doing ok! A few things: I am probably constipated so my weight is probably lower than 162, but the scale today was what it was, 162 lbs.
As far as how I am doing in the mirror, I feel like I have to work on getting more protein because I don't want to lose muscle mass, I just want to lose fat. So I need to bump up my protein to about 1 gram of protein per pound. Which I have not been getting lately. Also, I will hit the weights more than I hit the cardio.
