Fastest 30 min workout today .... Hula hooping !!! Clocked in 40 seconds ... Battled and bruised and sweaty as hell but feel energized ... Haven't laughed this much ever in a workout so yay!!! Wed night had killed workout with Alisa my trainer and Thursday night was 25 min intense intervals ... Clocked in some level 10 inclines ... Killed it this week... Exhausted and all.
