This week went really well! I was so bummed last week for not sticking to my commitment that I worked extra hard to stick to the commitment this week. I made it through the whole week with only having one soda on friday night. I'm happy that I was able to get back on track this week.

This week was actually easier than I originally thought it was going to be since I drank my one soda very early in the week. I had a migraine and thought the caffeine would help, so I drank my one soda on Monday. I thought I would really struggle for the rest of the week, but it went a lot better than I thought. It might be because I knew I wasn't supposed to have one so I wasn't really thinking about it. Looking forward to the next week and seeing how it goes!

There were several days were I really wanted to have a soda, but I knew I was going out to dinner on Sunday and wanted to save my 1 drink for the week for then. I was able to accomplish only drinking one on Sunday and not getting a refill only having water after.
