Still hanging in there however for some reason it seems to be getting more difficult. Not sure why. I thought after 21 days a new habit would be formed but I still have to work at getting it all in

For some reason, it was a bit more difficult to stay motivated to continue my routine but I did it! Got really tired this week so will have to be more aware of what I am doing!
