We did several hours of work on this goal this weekend. We reviewed the AOM guides for a year end reflection and found all the old calendar pages from 2016 to remember all the things that happened. It feels good to mark the progress and journey of 2016. To witness our evolution and acknowledge our effort to grow.
We marked some time for the December year end ritual w Bari and also planned our own. We decided after a long discussion that I will continue in AOMnext year because we have only completed 50% of the material.
We had a money date w YNAB and found some leaks (Cindy phone bill) and added investment accounts to YNAB tracking which was fun and illuminating. I feel like I had some money education breakthroughs seeing how Renes early investments have grown. Typical stock market return over 10 years is 10%. Motivates me to invest for the kids and helps me see we are making significant money progress.
Still worried about trump presidency and future.
