This past week was a little weird. We had 4 nights of dinners with people. There were 2 occasions where the "dessert" was special made gluten free/dairy free just for me.... I had a few bites to be polite. At the other 2 dinners I had 2 bites of dessert and put my for down. I am giving myself a YES this week even though technically I "tasted" desserts on 4 different nights. But the success lies in the fact that I ate very little of them (even though I could've had as much as I wanted) AND I didn't have any other slips at all. The tastes of sugar created some cravings but I managed to ride them out. I call this MAJOR progress and I am very happy with my choices this week, therefore I call it a success :)

Great week. I had my weekly treat last night at dinner with Andrew's niece. I only had a few bites of a shared dessert. I noticed myself being tired and really wanting to eat more sweets (PECS) after we got home but I just put myself to bed. I am really getting used to not eating sugar now.. I feel much better for it! Yay!

Another good week. No cravings or struggle to keep the commitment. I had my weekly treat on Friday night 3/10... A brownie and ice cream. It was really delicious but it made me feel sick and contributed to a really crappy nights sleep! UGH
