Although I tracked every day this week, I gained 2 pounds. I think it's because I did not control portions well and I probably under valued the calories.

Tracking has been quite helpful to making my ke more cognizant of what I'm eating these days?. Now it's time to commit to tracking and staying under maximum Calories per day that can help me lose an average of 1/2 pound per week

I am having no trouble tracking every day, but I am realizing that I am really back into some bad habits --- and some days, I've been way over a reasonable amount of calories. Even if I stay under the 1330 a day (before any exercise), I find that I am often eating things that are high in saturated fat and/or sodium. I need to be more cognizant of those other things, I think, going forward - BEFORE I put them in my mouth!
