had a good week in terms of thinking and behaviour so happy to have accomplished the goal this week. this commitment is expiring now so I'll do a new one with some practical changes, especially eliminating the drop by 100kj each successful week. 6100 is comfortable and achieveable with normal food intake and treats, so long as I choose wisely. see my next commitment for details.

Yep, made it again and still happy. Still need to work on habits of thinking about needing to eat more if I'm under target, despite not really feeling like it. And ruminating about food for no good reason. Still annoying that Myfitnesspal does adjustments at the end of the day that make it look like I've gone over when I've carefully planned to be under.

Yes, cracked it again, did need some focus to pull it off, but really good listening to appetite and only a few occasions of mindless food choices.
