It has been another week of pounding the pavements, less delightful in the wind and rain..... I have continued with the landlord data delving. More KADW activity as well, although this still hasn't yielded any takers. I am still plugging away and enjoying the activity although struggling a bit with the workload and the day job. It is actually good fun.

I have continued with the actions that we need to do for Bootcamp. I am now looking at this weeks challenge of the landlord nurturing. I have a valuation appointment this afternoon that has come from the magic letter drops. Fingers crossed, I get it, although they are looking to go onto the market in the spring due to their nephew living with them until he finishes his A-Levels in June.
