4 People registered interest in the property with 3 booked in for the actual Open Day. In the event only 2 made it, with one cancelled due to medical emergency. Viewings went well although prospects were concerned at railway line behind the property. Follow-up calls today. 2 further viewings were conducted 06/07 and one offer secured but was £10,000 under the asking price. Vendor will not accept that so negotiations underway.
Letters were dropped in the vicinity, although none of the locals viewed.
