No junk food, need to remove sugar free Crystal light drinks from diet, switch to carbonated herbal tea with stevia.
Weighing in on Monday, hopefully this week went better then last, aiming for two pounds a week. Working out everyday, endurance really improving, dance game on point.
Absolutely need to organize my time better, have been sporadic with music work, next week will see a big improvement.
Trying to meet girls on Tinder, but really need to GO OUT as per the commitment, looking to head out tomorrow night with a pal. This one needs improvement too.
Overall this week is about the same as last, not even close to where I want it to be but definitely heading in the right direction.
