No junk food, eating well, need to eliminate artificial sugar free drinks from diet as well as food from work, its too high in margarine. Must start tracking calories.

Need to get my ass in gear with my music goals, have been distracted, no excuses.
Need to go out and be social, surfing tinder and bumble does not count as meeting women.
