This week I got as low as 240 lbs. A big drop like this always happens in the early stages of losing weight due to dehydration and other stuff. I'm going to continue on the planned trajectory of ~1.6 lbs./week down from my previous goal weight, not from my lowest weight, so next week I just have to be under something like 244 lbs.
