I applied to a job at the Institute for Government, a think tank (one of the many potential career options I've been exploring)
I'm so far just about sticking to my goals, but I'm still struggling to make these things a proper habit. I was looking up habit forming tips, and I think one of the things that's really hurting me is that I don't find this stuff rewarding at all. I need to find a small, sustainable, tangible and exclusive way of reinforcing good work, because right now this whole process remains painful. Something less abstract to crave than the lofty ambitions of where I'll be 20 years from now. Though given I have to move out of my house by the end of February maybe paying the bills will become more apparent (though honestly I do think even that is too abstract to make me not hate the process, it might just make me do more of it)
